In late November 2008, Louie Lim, Tim Gemmell and Richard Vaughan realised one of their many dreams when they partnered together to form Fairfax Valuation & Advisory Limited. We are a small boutique valuation, consultancy firm and our team of five valuers operate throughout the greater Auckland Area.
Since the inception of the firm it has been our philosophy to build a well respected, professional, service oriented firm of property valuers and consultants to assist our clients in their real estate endeavours.
To this end, we strive towards a few simple guidelines:
