Louie Lim - BCom (VPM)
Director, Registered Valuer
Louie has had considerable experience in the real estate industry having completed assignments in Auckland and Christchurch since 2003. He undertakes a wide spectrum of urban valuation and consultancy work with a particular focus on the commercial and industrial market.
He has been successfully delivering contracts to private and institutional clients including KIA Motors, Caltex NZ, Guardian Trust, Housing New Zealand and the Public Trust. Louie currently sits on the committee of the Property Institute of New Zealand (Auckland Branch).
Louie is an enthusiastic property investor having bought his first investment whilst still studying for his property degree. He currently owns a number of properties in Auckland and Christchurch.
On a lighter note, He is a keen reader and played football religiously until knee injuries took its toll but still follows the English Premier League closely.
Richard Vaughan - BProp
Director
Richard has been involved in the property industry for over 10 years, with a broad range of experience in the valuation sector. Prior to Fairfax Valuation, Richard worked for Bayleys and QV NZ, and has travelled extensively abroad. Richard has recently returned from the UAE where he was working for PURE Real Estate.
Richard has undertaken a wide variety of property assignments that have covered across New Zealand, Fiji and Abu Dhabi and has to date completed upwards of $1.26 billion in real estate work.
Tim Gemmell - BProp
Director, Registered Valuer
Tim has been in the property industry since 2003 after graduating Auckland University with a Bachelor of Property Degree. He previously held roles as a Commercial Property manager and also a Property Development Analyst before turning his attention to valuation.
He specialises in residential valuation within Auckland's central suburbs and also city fringe commercial property. Tim has also been involved in special projects and hotel valuation work.
